National Cheerleading Association (NCA) was established in 1948 by Lawrence Herkimer. He created this organization to design a postive atmosphere for cheerleaders. The NCA is the first cheerleading company, and they take great pride in that. They organize camps, cometitons, and cheerleading events.

The staff of NCA is made up of people picked from leading colleges and universities across the entire country. These people are not just amazing cheerleaders, but they are also inspirational role models. The staff is always present at the cheer camps, providing support for the cheerleading teams along their journey.
