Place pie crust in pan. Crimp edges and line with foil. Add pie weights. bake at 450°F for 10 minutes.
Mix first 6 ingredients using an emulsion blender until the mixture is frothy.
Remove the pie crust from the oven and reduce the oven temperature to 325°F
Carefully remove the foil and pie weights from the crust. Place 1/2 of the shredded cheese into the warm pie crust. Top the cheese with the cubed ham. Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese. Top with the remaining shredded cheese.
