Michele M. Badal of Hinckley, IL passed away peacefully at her home on August 3, 2021.
Michele was born on February 1, 1951, in Aurora, IL to Gordon and Marjorie (Hoyt) Hewitt.
She married her high school sweetheart, William J. Badal on December 12, 1970 and they recently enjoyed celebrating their 50th Anniversary.
Michele was known for her strong faith in Jesus, compassionate heart, and sacrificial love for her family and others.
She was a true encourager and prayer warrior. Michele was a beloved elementary teacher for over 28 years at Prairie View Elementary School in Sandwich
and was also co-owner of 5-Bs Catering Service along with her husband, William.
She loved serving alongside her husband as a pastor's wife for 25 years at First Baptist Church in Sycamore leading worship anteaching women's bible studies.
Michele and William have three sons— Christopher, Timothy,and Joel. She was a dedicated grandmother to 8 wonderful grandchildren and enjoyed attending all of their games, concerts, and activities.
Michele was preceded in death by her son, Christopher Badal, father and mother Gordon and Marjorie Hewitt.
She is survived by her loving husband William Badal, and sons Timothy (Amanda) Badal and their children Noah, Joshua, and Luke of Hinckley, IL
and Joel (Lisa) Badal and their children Rebekah, Jacoub, Matthew, Lydia, and JoAnna of Hinckley, IL.
