I personally got to know Michele Badal because she was my grandma.
Despite having a hard home life as a young child my grandma was able to
push through and become a teacher at Prarie View Elemenatry School, in Sandwich, IL.
My grandma studied at Aurora Univesity, and settled in many different places,
until finally moving to Hinckley, IL with her husband and three boys in 1980.
However, my grandmas legacy lives on past her teaching, or her family,
but instead in the love she had for Jesus Christ.
A love she would show to her three sons, two daughter-inlaws, and eight grandchildren.
I miss my grandma with all my heart, but to know where she is today is an even greater blessing.
