Three beaches and two restaurants are within walking distance. The west coast beaches are within 5 minutes drive.The villa is finished and decorated to high standards and reflects the design of the close by 'French House' a remnant of the islands rich history. Igneous stone, greenheart wood, pretty gardens and dry stone walls, a unique octagonal living room and beautiful furniture create a sophisticated, seaside retreat. Every room in the villa reveals stunning sea views.There are two bedrooms on the main floor and three on the lower giving a total of 5 bedrooms, an open plan living room and kitchen, a pantry, dining room and long, deep verandas afford wonderful views over Crown Point and its offshore reefs.The main part of the villa is laid out over two floors, each floor with a separate entrance from outdoors. On the main floor the Master suite and second bedroom, both en suite, flank the main living areas. An octagonal living room houses a kitchen bar. A dining pavilion and a separate pantry lead off the main living area. On the lower level are three further bedrooms, a media room, laundry and garage.The upstairs is complete by itself and feels like its own small villa with the entry garden at the same level as the upper level rooms making it ideal for one couple or a family/group of friends!
