Chicken Parmesan

Sirloin Steak and Baked Potatoes

Directions:

Step 1: Pound chicken to flatten.

Step 2: Salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3: Dip chicken in egg; then in bread crumbs.

Step 4: Fry in butter in hot skillet, turning and browning for 10 minutes or until chicken is done.

Step 5: Remove from skillet.

Step 6: To skillet add spaghetti sauce.

Step 7: Heat thoroughly.

Step 8: Add chicken.

Step 9: Place slices of mozzarella on top of chicken.

Step 10: Sprinkle with parmesan.

Step 11: Cover and cook until cheese is melted.

Step 12: Serve with a side of spaghetti.

Ingredietns:

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

salt and pepper

1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs

1 egg, beaten

4 teaspoons butter

2 cups spaghetti sauce

4 slices mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoon grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

Step 1: In a small bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, rosemary, and garlic.

Step 2: Place the steaks in a shallow dish.Pour the marinade over them. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 3: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.

Step 4: Remove the steaks from the marinade and season with the salt and pepper. Sear for 4 minutes per side for medium rare.

Step 5: Let rest 3 to 4 minutes before slicing or serving. Serve with Horseradish and Chive Baked Potatoes.

Ingredients:

1/3 cup olive oil

3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary

2 cloves garlic, crushed

6 10-ounce sirloin steaks (1 inch thick)

1 1/2 tablespoons kosher salt

2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
