We are a small business in a small town! Our lovely owners, Richard and Janet Enck, brought Fat Olives to life as a retirement plan in 2014. It had previously been The Pizza Place that was owned by Bob Rissman.
Since we are part of a small town, we are a perfect place for highschool students to enter the workforce. Currently, half of the staff has started working here while they were in highschool.
