Barbeque Beatdown

In life, we find ourselves always wanting more, more money, fame, we all want things handed to us on a silver platter. Why not make it yourself, I have learned on my time in this earth that by overcoming your own obstacles makes that finish line so much sweeter. The image seen is me on my first day working at South Moon Barbeque in Hinckley, Illinois. This job has made me learn much more about the food industry and is creating a love for it I cannot explain. But food is more the background than the actual meal, everytime I put a plate together I think how did I get here and to what do I owe the pleasure. In a world where everything has gone to hell humans can always find comfort in food.
