Valve was created in 1996 by former Microsoft Employee "Gabe Newell" and "Mike Harrington". It is an american owned Game Development, Graphic Development, Software and Hardware Production company. Valve also runs the network Steam which is a largest gaming platform in the world for PC gaming.
