Keanu Reeves

Keanu Reeves was born on September 2, 1964, in Beirut, Lebanon, and he was raised in Toronto, Canada. His mother, Patricia Taylor, was English, and his father, Samuel Nowlin Reeves, was Chinese-Hawaiian. After his parents got divorced, he stayed in Toronto with his mother. The diversity in his background would later help his career because it game him a unique perspective for his endeavors. When he was younger, Reeves was drawn to hockey and wanted to play it professionally, but he later found his love for acting. He would attend theatre productions and be in school plays, all while he was balacing his education. Reeves attened multipe schools, and ended up graduating from Etobicoke School of the Arts in Toronto. This is where he really learned his acting skills, and prepared for his future career. All this helped shape him into th unique actor that he is today.
