Deviled eggs
6 large eggs, A teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, 3 table spoons of mayonnaise, kosher salt, a teaspoon of Dijon mustard, ground black peppers, Paprika and a pot and water
Directions
| 1. First grab a pot of water to boil once it boils use a skimmer to place the eggs in for 14 minutes |
2. While the eggs are boiling prepare an ice water bath and set it aside then remove the eggs and place them in the water bath |
3. peel and slice the eggs once the eggs have cooled completly and with a small spoon remove the yolks and place them into a mixing bowl and move the whites to a plate |
4. Mash the yolks with a fork and add maynnaise, mustard vinegar, salt and peper and then stir till smooth |
5. Use a spoon to add a portion of the devild egg mixture back into the hole of each egg white and after sprinckle paprika for garnish. |
