Backstory

Opened December 1999, Spingfield Illinois,this Ice Cream Shop bursted into the Top 20 Shops in all of Illinois, with their massive selection of crazy intense flavors. Addalyns' Acrtic Scoops was named after Charles Hoppkins Grand Daughter, Addalyn.
As a Little girl, Addalyn had always shown her Grandpa her favorite stuffed animal, an Acrtic Fox. Every Saturday,
her and Charles would go to an ice cream shop, but Addalyn and Acrtic never found the right flavor. After months of this
happening, Charles decided to open a Ice Cream Shop full of flavors his Grand Daughter had always dreamed of.
