Best Ice Cream On HHI!I came to Coligny to go shopping not expecting to have the best Ice Cream creation ever! They have so many different flavors to choose from it was almost overwhelming (but in a good way) Everyone should come to Frozen Moo! -Bob LAmazing Environment and Service!I planned on visiting the Frozen Moo Ice Cream shop because the hotel had a flyer about all of their flavors. Immeadiately upon walking in the door I was greated with many workers smiling and happy to help me or let me test out different flavors to achieve my perfect creation.
