Chicken Breast

4 boneless chicken breast,
halves 1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 tsp black pepper,
ground 1 tsp garlic powder
Mix mayonnaise, cheese and seasonings. Spread mixture over chicken breast and place in baking dish. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.

Loaded Mashed Potatoes

2 pounds (about 2 to 3 large)russet potatoes
, peeled, cut into eighths1 tablespoon salt2 tablespoons Land O LakesŪ
Butter1/2 cup sliced green onions1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1/2 cup milk3 to 4 strips
(1/3 cup)cooked bacon,
chopped1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Place potatoes in 3-quart saucepan. Add water to cover; bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium. Add 1 tablespoon salt; cook 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain. Melt butter in same saucepan over medium heat until sizzling. Add green onions and garlic; cook 2-3 minutes or until slightly softened. Add drained potatoes and 1/2 cup milk; mash until smooth. Stir in bacon and cheese.
